Sunday - August 1st - Flowerfield Car Show *RESULTS*

I'm most likely going to this to just show the GP off. Haven't been to a LIC's car show in a long time.

If anyone else is going to go, I'll bring a canopy and cooler.

If anyone goes I recommend bring a chair of some sort

I plan on getting there for 7am to set up and clean the car.
Meeting point can be the info center on the LIE. Exit 50 something east bound side. I'll find out exactly where

L.I.E. 62 NORTH, TAKE NICOLLS RD (RTE 97) NORTH TO THE END, MAKE A LEFT / WEST ON RTE 25A FOR 2 MILES TO FAIRGROUNDS

Judged Cars & Vendors Register at Gate 7am -10am the morning of the show

There are classes. stock and modified. Cost is $20 or under. Don't remember since it's been a while.

You get judged and if you are within the top 3 in your class you get a trophy.

There is also food there and things for sale

*** RESULTS ***

I took 1st place in my class. WOO HOO!

It's been since 2005 since we did a show at flowerfields. It was a blast. It was HOT! A ton of nice looking cars. I took a ton of pics. I will post them soon.
