I'm willing to bet it's the idler pulley. I've seen a lot of them fail on L36/L67 engines. When they fail, they make a squeak/chirping sound. If you're able to isolate the sound and confirm it (be careful!) don't drive the car before replacing it since you don't want to be driving and lose your serp belt. The fix is easy, IIRC the new pulley is a $15 parts at a dealership parts counter. Just remember it's threaded backwards before you try to remove it.
IMHO they should have never made these pulleys out of plastic, the bearing heats up too much and softens the mount.
EDIT: Just realized #8 is the SC idler pulley. You can just take off that belt and see if the sound goes away to confirm it's #8 and not #3.
